CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD: School is back in session… And so is the Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW)! CLOW is a celebration of the Liturgy through a "kid's eye" point of view. The children are dismissed from the church prior to the first readings and returned to mass after the prayers of the faithful. We have had such a great response to this ministry at the 10:30am mass that we would like to introduce it to the children at the 8:30am mass as well. If you would love to share God’s word with the children of our parish and would like more information, please contact Norma Nelson at stkaterclow@gmail.com

250 children  and 75 volunteers have gathered this week to experience Where Jesus’ love is one of a kind during Weird Animals Vacation Bible School.  Lots of “weird” fun and animals abounding at Saint Kateri! During the week, kids are donating shoes and pennies.  They collected 28 pounds of pennies today, which goes towards a year’s supply of clean water in India!

This week, we recognized members of the Finance and Pastoral Councils who served the parish over the past 16 years. Rita and George Maphis, Greg Santilli, Mary Lou Etzel, and Cookie Gunther. “Through the evidence of this service, you are glorifying God.” 2 Cor. 9:13a
