To form intentional disciples

In order for us to grow in maturity as a community and accomplish God’s purposes for us as a people, we need a vision that will unite and send us out on mission. We need something at the center of ministry and that something, rather that someone is Jesus.

If we form all that we do around him only then can we grow as intentional disciples and as a Christian community. 

Ministry and Leadership will facilitate collaborative gatherings to help ministries make every effort to keep the focus on the vision and not on individual ministries. The sharing of resources between them will be encouraged such as sharing a table, tri-folds, newsletters as flyers in the bulletin. They will seek to help ministries who share their particular part of the vision to be each other’s advocates, support, and assist them to network with different strategies for collaboration.
