Set up facilities for special events. Ensures that the church, hall, classrooms, and meeting rooms are organized with all tables and chairs arranged according to the parish schedule and/or designated setup. Verifies and assists scheduled facility users with Room assignments and requested equipment, set-up, and clean-up. Ensures all exterior and interior lights are properly scheduled/adjusted for daylight savings time.

Open the facility as required.
Secure the facility ensuring that all bathrooms are not occupied, all interior and exterior doors are secured, all non-essential lights are turned off, the parking lot is cleared of all vehicles, and driveway gates are secured.
